Thank you for supporting Card Realm Trading! We want you to shop with confidence. Because trading cards and collectibles are unique, condition-sensitive items, we maintain clear guidelines to ensure fairness, product integrity, and trust for all our local players and collectors.

Please review our policy below before making a purchase.

1. Sealed Products & Supplies

  • Eligibility: Unopened, factory-sealed products (such as booster boxes, bundle packs, pre-release kits) and gaming accessories (like sleeves, deck boxes, and dice) may be returned within 14 days of purchase.

  • Condition: Items must be completely unopened, with original shrink wrap, seals, and packaging entirely intact and unblemished.

  • Why: To protect our community against tampered or "resealed" products, opened merchandise or broken shrink wrap cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

2. Single Cards & Graded Slabs

  • All Single Cards and Graded Slabs are Final Sale.

  • Why: Due to shifting market values, changing game meta, and the condition-sensitive nature of trading cards, we cannot accept returns on individual cards once they leave our possession. We carefully evaluate all card conditions (Near Mint, Moderately Played, etc.) at the time of sale so you know exactly what you are getting.

3. Store Errors & Defective Merchandise

We stand by the accuracy of our inventory and want to make things right if we make a mistake:

  • Incorrect Items: If you received the wrong card version, rarity, or item due to an error on our part, please notify us within 48 hours of purchase or local pickup. We will gladly arrange an exchange, store credit, or refund.

  • Manufacturer Defects: If a factory-sealed product contains a manufacturer error (such as major collation errors), please reach out to us, and we will assist you in navigating the publisher’s replacement process.
